Chislehurst

Of course, we’ve all heard of the amazing and ancient Chislehurst caves. Now a major tourist attraction, the 22 miles of caves were originally used to mine flint and chalk and date back to the thirteenth century. During World War II, thousands of people used them each night as an air raid shelter and one lady actually gave birth in the caves. Nowadays, the caves attract tourists from all around the country and are sometimes used as a television set (such as in ‘Doctor Who’) and as a venue for live music: David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix and the Rolling Stones have all performed there. Apparently the caves are haunted, and the Druids reputedly made human sacrifices there.

Chislehurst is an area of beauty, with its common totalling 180 acres. Scadbury Nature Reserve is also nearby as well as Tongs Farm and Petts Wood, which are both National Trust attractions. Dyno aims to provide the plumbing needs of the people of the town, providing emergency plumbing nad leak protection and the replacement of mains water pipes. The town boasts a diverse range of shops which can be found on the High Street, Belmont Parade or Royal Parade. There are also many amazing places to eat. There are surrounding residential areas, within which, Dyno plumbing can offer the installation of bathrooms, heating systems and boilers.
