Our workforce is our lifeblood and we take real pride in our training. We invest a great deal in making sure they're trained in all aspects of their work.
We run courses every month in everything from core industry skills to self-development and customer service.
We try hard to make people feel a part of the company and incentivise great service with prizes and lunches for those with the best customer reviews.
Our Engineer scheduling is state of the art with our mobile communications platforms. Making sure we send the closest engineer to each incident and doing our best to get a first-time fix, to following up with each client with a courtesy call from the office, to guarantee client satisfaction.
Apprenticeships
We’re keen to employ apprentices in order to give the best opportunities to local youth.
Some of our best team members, both in front of house and engineers began as apprentices with us.
We believe the success of both our drains and plumbing businesses in South East London and Kent is down to our expert staff, and the investment we will continue to make in them.
